The fifth anniversary of Steinbeisser’s Experimental Gastronomy will take place at the Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy in Amsterdam. Three acclaimed chefs: Kristian Baumann (108, Copenhagen), Daniel Burns (Luksus, New York), and Andreas Rieger (einsunternull, Berlin) will each serve an entirely plant-based menu. Twenty-five artists create cutlery and tableware especially for the occasion. Every evening is a unique immersive experience that marries high end gastronomy with conceptual design practices and offers a radically different way to enjoy food.
